RIP my Legs
Solid leg day today - but my right knee has been finicky the last couple of weeks. Really felt it on leg press today after my first set so I had to scale back on the weight - opted for higher reps.
Went to failure on a couple of movements and I'm sure I'll be feeling it tomorrow.
Got a hike in too - as if my legs haven't suffered enough *eep*
Epsom salt soak and tiger balm to the rescue!
Feeling tired - but good!
