Opted for a full rest day today - much needed, and it was glorious.
I knew if I pushed legs today it wasn't gonna go well... I've been feeling the drag set in and I know that's typical for where I am in prep... but definitely not ideal. Trying to play it smart and listen to my body....
I guess one of the benefits of having done this a few times now - is I know when to listen to my body and when to tell it to shut the hell up.
I'm sure I'll be feeling much more on my game tomorrow.
