No sleep.

UGH. Terrible sleep last night. Energy continues to tank ... but I'll push through. 


Cardio day today - knocked out 60 minutes of incline walking at the gym this AM and got out for a 12K hike this evening. 


Going to bed super duper early so I can hopefully wake up refreshed and ready to smash out a big upper session tomorrow. 


This too shall pass.... that I know.
