Hallelurrrrrr things are happening! 137.3lbs on the scale today which is a new low for me for this prep - and a good spot to be starting the week off at.

Food on point for the day and got my 60 minutes if MISS in at the gym - busy work day but I'm through and tucking in early once again.

Sleep is my everything right now!
