Once again - had a super crap sleep last night. Very interrupted and the sleep I did get was chalk a block full of really crazy dreams... weird.
Managed to get a solid leg day in today which was CLUTCH. 1/4 of my last leg workouts DONE and dusted :P
Topped the day off with a 12K hike to get some cardio in...
