Woke up to a new low of 133.9lbs today! Had a 3 hour hike scheduled but decided to forgo it as I had a crap sleep last night and I'm pretty zonked - plus that big woosh on the scale, maybe it's time to start paring down the cardio... we'll see.
Took Russ out for an hour walk - easy pace today, then took the rest of the day off to chill.
Needed it - and it felt really good (although a little weird!).
Today was a nice break from it all anyway!
Just need to get caught up on my sleep tonight and hopefully rock out a solid lift tomorrow!
